Yesterday we took a video and choreograph shots of saudara Hus and saudara Hanif. In a streetfight there's just not enough time for choreography. It's just hitting when and where probable. Upon watching these photos and vids, our hearts would say "this is easy to beat". We see Muhammad Ali fight. Try boxing like him. My point is, if we always practice Lian, the techniques that we learn, choreograph and apply become effective, stylish and is not indecent. Movements also become more casual as second nature. Like once when we were small, we lay, crawl, stand and fall until we run. Able to walk and run, we went ahead to stride, jump and climb wherever be.
Lian also means practice. Even the back of a machete can be sharp if sharpened.
A famous guitar player was once asked about his secret to playing so well.
Spontaneously he said "Practice, practice and practice." Another quote I got from the net, "train like you fight and fight like you train".
